The United Kingdom has a long-standing relationship with Western Australia and continues to be the State’s largest single market in Europe for goods exports and imports.

Ranked as Western Australia’s 5th largest export market in 2008, goods exports were valued at A$5.6 billion, a sharp increase from A$3.6 billion in the previous year.
