Thailand

Thailand was ranked as Western Australia’s 7th largest market for goods exports in 2008, valued at A$2.5 billion. This accounts for three per cent of the State’s exports.

There is a wealth of trade opportunities available in a number of sectors, including:

food and beverages
environment
marine
mining
information and communication technology
textiles and clothing.

A Free Trade Agreement exists between Australia and Thailand.
